Brighton played at Port Adelaide on Saturday, coming away with a big win in Premier Grade, after the match of the day between Brighton Black and Brighton Gold and the celebrations for John Fidock’s 600th game!
Elsewhere Brighton U16 defeated Barossa, and Brighton U18 lost to Old Collegians.

600 + 100 + 100!
On Saturday we celebrated John Fidock’s 600th senior game, as well as 100 games for Richard Laidlow and Paul Moynihan. It was a big family day, with a large cheer squad there for John, as well as several father/son combinations out on the pitch!
Thank you to everyone who came out and cheered on both teams, and enjoyed a great game of rugby. Congratulations to John, Richard and Paul!!
Past Players Day 2024
This week Brighton is celebrating Past Players day, and hosting Burnside for a top-of-the-table clash that may decide the Premier grade ladder for finals. All former players and supporters are invited to join us for a big day of rugby and reminiscing! This year we will be remembering in particular our premierships of 1974, 1984, 1994 and 2004, both Premier grade and junior! Club membership sign up on Rugby Xplorer or see a Committee member.
