All members of the club are welcome and encouraged to attend. Please contact the Club Secretary before the meeting if you are unsure whether you have voting rights.
All Life Members, members who paid the $50 social membership and full-fee paying players during the season, have voting rights.
In order to facilitate the smooth running of the AGM, please submit any questions you wish to raise. This will ensure that these queries can be fully addressed during the meeting. There may not be time to answer in full other questions raised during the meeting
