All members of the club are welcome and encouraged to attend. Please contact the Club Secretary before the meeting if you are unsure whether you have voting rights.
In order to facilitate the smooth running of the AGM, please submit to the club any questions you wish to raise. This will ensure that these queries can be fully addressed during the meeting.
All Life Members, members who paid the $50 social membership and full-fee paying players during the season, have voting rights.

ALL nominations for positions as club or team officials MUST be received by the Secretary by 12 midnight, 5 days prior to the AGM.
This means by Monday Nov 25 at the latest.
